SNELL R SERIES STONE TUMBLER. 3.0 X 0.9 METRES DIAMETER, RUBBER LINED DRUM, WITH HYDRAULIC POWERED ROTATION, TILT AND SLUICE CONTROLLED OUTPUT. MACHINE ENCLOSED AND GUARDED. CE MARKED.

INCORPORATING: -
Twin hydraulic drive through reduction gear boxes with polyurethane tyred drive wheels.
Opposing idler wheels polyurethane tyred with ballraces.
Heavy duty drum with 25mm abrasion resistant rubber throughout with perforations for dust and debris removal.
Massive chassis with 4 leg supports with rubber mounted feet and hydraulic jacking front legs.
Underpan of chassis free to release debris with heavy gridded guarding.
Fitted hydraulically positioned rubber lined rotary sluice to control drum output.
Entry end of drum fitted with drum riding guard plate to accommodate variable loading.
Hydraulic lever controls include drum rotation with speed control, drum tilt and sluice rotation.
Fitted emergency stop.
