SNELL fully floating, self-centering, trailed top blade system powered by two purpose designed, high performance hydraulic cylinders developing 63 tonne split force on retraction.
Downstroking top blade with auto upstroking lower blade in inner module.
Outer module with 4 upright support plates carrying a total of 8 heavy duty rubber mounts bolted to inner module.
Outer module mounted on heavy duty integral skids for fixed or site mobile use.
Stainless steel pins throughout and spring steel bushes.
'4 edge' hardened tool steel blade inserts with lifetime-lubricated blade guides.
Mechanical handler fork slots.
Fitted with blade return safety device.
Designed for incorporation with SNELL & other line systems with conveyors.
Suitable for SNELL S and T series hydraulic packs.
Two handed safety hydraulic operating valve with integral relief valve set at 240 bar.
